Jeff and Kelly Garcia  began purchasing property for investment purposes in the Tulsa area in May 1998, and have been serving customers ever since.   Garcia Properties LLC was established in 2009 to better serve our customers and to continue the growth of the business.     In Summer 2010 we hired Branden Miller of Agile Property Management to assist with the many tasks of the brokerage.....
